Pro subscribers can receive 24/7 assistance with design and setup. Free and Basic plan customers can use our documentation and video tutorials.
Can I connect my own domain?

Do you provide setup support?
The Pro Plan includes 24/7 support from our team for store setup, design, configuration, and general assistance.

Can I move my store from another platform?

Payment gateway integration is available on the Basic and Pro Plans. The Free Plan does not include payment gateway integration.
